Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Intrs. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Intrs. app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”).
Intrs. is designed to be local-first. Your writing stays on your device and in your iCloud account, and is never sent to us.
Information We Collect
Data Stored on Your Device and in Your iCloud Account
Intrs. stores the following information to make the app work:
- Your drafts, notes, and writing-related data
- Your app preferences and settings
When you enable iCloud sync, this data is stored in your iCloud account and synced between devices signed in with the same Apple ID. It is administered by Apple under Apple’s iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We cannot access what you write.
No Accounts, No Telemetry
We do not require an account, and we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or other personal identifiers (unless you contact us directly, as described below)
- Analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics
- Crash reports
- The content of your stories, drafts, or notes
Intrs. contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Purchases and Subscription Information
Premium features are offered via subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple. To verify purchases, restore subscriptions, and prevent fraud, Apple may process:
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Transaction identifiers
- Device identifiers
Your story content never leaves your device and your iCloud account.
Support Communications
If you contact us at service@sslime.dev, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and to improve the app.
How We Use Information
The only information we can ever see is what you send to us directly (for example, support emails). We use it only to:
- Answer your questions and support requests
- Investigate and fix issues you report
- Improve the app based on your feedback
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only where necessary to make the app work:
- With Apple, when you use iCloud sync or make purchases through the App Store
Because the app collects no usage data or content, there is nothing else to share.
Data Retention
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it. Data synced to iCloud remains in your iCloud account until you delete it there or disable iCloud sync for the app; Apple administers iCloud data under its terms. Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple under its policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, and are deleted afterwards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
