Kikimora Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kikimora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Kikimora app for macOS (“the App”).

Kikimora is a local-first Kubernetes client. It is designed so that your cluster configuration and activity stay on your device and are never sent to us.

Information We Collect

Data stored on your device

Kikimora stores the following information locally on your Mac:

• The kubeconfig files you choose to load (or references to them)
• Cluster connection settings and credentials you add through the app
• Your UI preferences and app settings

This data never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.

No accounts, no telemetry

We do not require an account and we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics
• Crash reports
• The contents or names of your clusters, namespaces, or workloads

Kikimora does not phone home. It does not contain third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Support correspondence

If you contact us by email at service@kikimora.sslime.dev, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to improve the App.

How We Use Information

The only information we ever see is what you send us directly (for example, a support email). We use it solely to:

• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Investigate and fix issues you report
• Improve the App based on your feedback

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party. Because the App does not collect data, there is nothing to share.

Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it — for example, by removing a cluster from Kikimora or uninstalling the App. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and are deleted afterwards.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
